1. Definitions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd10 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bd10 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• bd10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• bd10's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your bd10 account at the time the claim arises
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits bd10's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law
• bd10 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the platform

9. Termination and Suspension

bd10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where bd10 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions; the account is being used in connection with fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal activity; the account holder is not eligible to use the platform; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

Upon account closure, any balance held in your account (excluding funds derived from voided bonuses or suspected fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC or compliance review. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting bd10 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bd10 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
